Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Cocholabs (cocholabs.com) is an independent digital product studio that creates and publishes applications for mobile and desktop platforms. You may contact us atinfo@cocholabs.com.
2. Analytics, cookies, and your consent
This website uses PostHog (product analytics) and Microsoft Clarity(heatmaps and session recordings) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site and to improve it. PostHog data is hosted in the European Union.
These tools use cookies, and they are activated only after you give explicit consentthrough the banner shown on your first visit. Nothing is measured before that. You may accept or decline; either way, your choice is stored in your browser and respected — if you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to PostHog or Clarity. You may change your decision at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Our analytics does not collect personally identifiable information: no name, no government ID, no postal address. We measure behavior (pages visited, links clicked, general performance) — not identity. If you contact us by email, see below for what that involves separately.
If you contact us via email (info@cocholabs.com), we will receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use solely to reply to your inquiry.
3. Third-party platforms
Our products are distributed through third-party marketplaces (Apple App Store, Google Play, Elgato Marketplace, and others). When you visit those platforms or install our products, their own privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review them:
Our analytics providers, mentioned in section 2, publish their own policies as well:
4. Hosting
This website is served through a third-party infrastructure provider. That provider may process basic request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of its standard infrastructure services. No personal data is stored or shared by Cocholabs as a result of this hosting arrangement.
5. Your rights
You may decline analytics cookies at any time, and your decision is respected — the banner described in section 2 lets you do this with a single click, and nothing is measured unless you accept. Since the site does not collect personally identifiable information through analytics, and does not collect other personal data, there is generally nothing further to access, correct, or delete on that front. If you have contacted us by email and wish to have your message deleted, simply send us a request to info@cocholabs.com.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we add new features or services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
